This week we will be thinking about Mother's Day. We will need a photograph of our mum or a female relative in our Chatterboxes so we can tell our friends all about them and why they are so special.
Thursday is World Book Day. This is going to be a very exciting day as you can come to school dressed as your favourite book character. Then all the Reception children are invited back to school that evening in their pyjamas for bedtime stories. Don't forget your teddy!
Finally, Friday will be our Mother's Day workshop. There will be lots of fun things to do with adults who are coming along to join in.
In Letters and Sounds we will be doing the or (for, born, corn, short) and ow (cow, town, down, wow) sounds.
